HACK Roland VersaWorks V2.40: How to Install and Use Rip and Print Software



I am useing a roland printer with roland versaworksCan anything be done in the rip program to stop the yucky white box even when i change the setings as above if i save as a PDF i still get the box but if I save as a EPS no box any ideas for me?
